International superstar and the Project’s own BFF, Mafia aka DJ Mafia aka Party Panda has just revamped her online portal. She has been recently two stepping with the likes of Russell Crowe, Leo, Stevie Wonder, Lil Weezy, just to name a few and she always comes through with fresh content and hot new mixes to keep the tricks guessing.

The mag history goes a little like this: In August, 2010, the idea for BUCKETS: The Book of Basketball Goodness was hatched on the back of LeBron James’ decision to relocate his talents (to the Miami Heat) and Michael Jordan’s arrival as a pixel God (NBA 2K11). The plan became simple — deliver a printed bookends to the basketball season. With that, BUCKETS was born as a boutique magazine, catering for hoop and sneaker fans in the Australian marketplace and beyond.

Myself and T were discussing the other day how we want to try and take some shots of an abandoned building/facility if we ever get the chance.  Part one of the Crack The Surface series documents the thoughts and mindset of a group of European ‘Urban Explorers’ and has sparked my interest once more.

Anyone who’s familiar with my other blog will know that I’m a huge fan of good night time/sky timelapse photography.  This effort by Daniel Dragon Films is one of the better ones.  The fact that they’ve chosen a really dark and moody soundtrack really adds to the film.

Jamel Shabazz documented a movement, their clothes, their dance and their stance, in one perfect book called Back in the Days, which I posted about a few weeks ago. The book is being re-released and just in time legendary director Charlie Ahearn who created the cult classic Wild Style has created a documentary on the man behind the stills, Jamel Shabazz Street Photographer.

I posted previously about the Nike Chosen campaign, these are the behind the scene of the making of those incredible commercials. Check them out, I personally think this if one of the best looking campaigns I have seen in a while.
