This happens to be one of the supposed highlights of the event, and to get to my point it most definitely is not.

It mostly concentrates on candid moments of Y’ves personal life with very little footage of the actual events, narrated by his life partner Pierre Bergé. Mostly pieced together with bad quotes, stock footage, and a handful of decent photographs which is presented in a 100 minutes of pain. This public service announcement is purely to warn you from wasting your time and a public apology to our homosexual life partner Stuart Arrowsmith for dragging him along.

Save yourself $16 and jump on Amazon or Borders and pick yourself up this instead, Yves Saint Laurent – His Life and Times/5 Avenue Marceau 75116 Paris a double feature which is a far more interesting watch about his early years and the latter his final collection in 2001 which dives into his creative process.

Ever since the fine folks over at Nike hooked me up with the Lunar Eclipse’s I knew it wouldn’t be long till I invested some of my own coin into another pair of Lunar tech Nike’s, whilst waiting for my flight in KLIA i picked up these for very little money. Duty Free + Strong AUD = win!

- T,

My first wear like most Lunar shoes felt a tad strange because your foot is not only supported but your stride is corrected thanks to the Dynamic Support tech in the sole but once your foot settles in all other contemporary casual sneakers/runners seem out-dated and down right uncomfortable. Have been playing a bit of badminton in them and they hold up quite well, although the Glide is much more comfortable than the LunarEclipse+ I would have to say these don’t offer as much support for sports that require lateral movement as they don’t sit as flat.
