Today (Saturday June 18) marks the release of the Nike Air flow tonal pack, a classic shoe in a classic colourway. Although not available in Australia, they will be dropping in Selfridges in the UK, so I’ve got my boy Blanch from We Are HQ to try and hook me up with a pair of the blacks. Released in VERY limited numbers (less than 20 so I hear), this is one of the better TZ releases of recent years in my humble opinion.

UPDATE: A buddy of mine ‘Vagrant Sneaker’ has just informed me that he’s just received an email from Selfridges explaining that the shoes won’t be dropping tomorrow, but that they will be on display. Smoke screen/Delay/Truth?….I suppose we’ll find out tomorrow.

UPDATE II: Hearing rumbles from London that they did, in fact, drop, but the numbers were rediculously low (10 pairs of black and 15 of the olive). I have a feeling that there may to more to drop later……checking sources now.

There was a period in time where myself and Big T would only buy Pumas, in particular those in the Suede/Clyde/States family. Over time though we both realised that although an amazing looking shoe, they really were never that comfortable. Never fear for the second instalment of UNDFTD’s Puma Clyde program brings a more comfortable shoe through upgraded heel, insole, tongue and toebox modifications in an attempt to bring this classic silhouette into the 21s century.

Releasing June 10th exclusively in QLD at Laced, these are real nice (especially the Hemp/Brown colour).

Bit late on posting this, but last week the lovely folks at Puma decided to gift me this pair of sample Suedes. Apparently there’s only a handful of this sample in the world which makes this a bit of a bloody privilege indeed.

Among other interesting tidbits, it seems that the Puma by Hussein Chalayan collection will be hitting our shores in a little while, including his batman-esque shoe which caught my eye when it first surfaced early this year. Puma is also planning some interesting stuff with their After Hours Athlete program in Australia, so keep your eyes and ears peeled for future info…

- t, cheers again Puma!
